At VITA, we are always looking to create a united community where people truly care for each other. As we evolve and grow, it is very important that we constantly analyize, examine and assess the strategy to engage our amazing staff.
As part of this process, in May 2017, the Organizational Improvement Committee (O.I.C.) was created as part of our strategy to engage VITA employees and to improve morale and communications within the agency.
The OIC members comprise of unionized and non-unionized staff, led by the Executive Director, the committee has created innovative and unique way to keep the staff engaged, motivated and inspired to continue doing the great work that they have been doing.
